These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of TradersSignalHub ('Platform'), operated by TradersSignalHub Ltd. ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By registering for an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
011. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TradersSignalHub in any way — including browsing free signals, registering an account, posting signals as a provider, or subscribing to VIP tiers — you accept these Terms in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TradersSignalHub Ltd. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
022. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on TradersSignalHub. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you. Signal providers may be subject to additional identity and verification requirements, including submission of government-issued identification, before unlocking certain features such as VIP subscriptions.
033. Account Registration and Security
To access most Platform features, you must register using a valid email address and password, or via a supported OAuth provider such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@traderssignalhub.com if you suspect unauthorised access. TradersSignalHub Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You may not share accounts, transfer accounts to other users, or use another person's account without their explicit permission.
044. User Roles
The Platform supports three roles: Traders, Providers, and Admins. Traders follow signal providers, receive alerts, manage a trade journal, and optionally subscribe to VIP tiers. Providers post trading signals, build a public trust grade, and optionally monetise through VIP subscriptions once their trust score exceeds 60. Admins are employees or authorised staff of TradersSignalHub Ltd. and operate the platform's moderation, compliance, and support functions. Each role is subject to the specific obligations and restrictions described in these Terms and in the Platform's documentation.
055. Signal Provider Obligations
Providers are independent participants and are solely responsible for the signals they publish. By posting a signal, you represent that it reflects your genuine analysis and that you will close it honestly and accurately. You must not: publish fictitious signals retroactively to inflate your win rate; copy signals from other providers without attribution; post signals with the intent to mislead or manipulate traders; or publish signals that constitute unlicensed financial advice in jurisdictions where doing so is regulated. TradersSignalHub Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any provider who manipulates performance data or violates these obligations. Your trust grade is calculated automatically and cannot be altered by the Company or the provider.
066. Trader Acknowledgements
By using signals available on the Platform — whether free or VIP — you acknowledge and agree that: (a) signals are not financial advice and do not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument; (b) you are solely responsible for any trading decision you make based on signals received through the Platform; (c) you understand that trading forex, commodities, indices, and crypto carries a significant risk of financial loss; (d) past performance of any signal provider is not indicative of future results; and (e) TradersSignalHub Ltd. is not a licensed investment advisor, broker, or financial institution.
077. VIP Subscriptions
Providers with a trust score above 60 may activate a VIP subscription tier and set their own monthly price. Traders who subscribe to a VIP tier pay the provider directly via the provider's chosen payment method (mobile money or card). TradersSignalHub Ltd. does not process or hold VIP subscription payments and takes no commission on VIP fees. Subscription cancellation, refund requests, and payment disputes are between the trader and the provider. TradersSignalHub Ltd. may, at its discretion, intervene in serious disputes involving fraud or misrepresentation.
088. Free-Tier Access
Free signals are visible to all users — including unregistered guests. Free-tier signals include pair, direction, entry zone, stop-loss, and TP1 targets. Access to free signals is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Registered free accounts additionally receive access to trade journalling, market data, economic calendar, and limited AI assistant features.
099. Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including but not limited to the software, design, user interface, text, logos, trademarks, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to TradersSignalHub Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission. You retain ownership of signals and content you post as a provider; however, by posting, you grant TradersSignalHub Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute your content on the Platform.
1010. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (c) attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit any Platform payment system; (d) scrape, spider, or mass-download Platform data; (e) reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Platform software; (f) impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity or affiliations; (g) post or transmit any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or infringes third-party rights; (h) introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code; or (i) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or Platform systems. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action.
1111. Moderation and Account Termination
TradersSignalHub Ltd. reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content or account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or the spirit of the Platform. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your public signals and provider profile will be removed from the Platform within 30 days, subject to our data-retention obligations.
1212. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments — including forex, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies — involves a substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. The leverage available in forex and CFD trading can amplify both gains and losses. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. None of the content on TradersSignalHub, including signals, analysis notes, AI outputs, or market data, constitutes financial advice. Always conduct your own due diligence and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial adviser before making any trading decision.
1313. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TradersSignalHub Ltd. does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, market data, economic calendar event, or AI-generated output. Real-time data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable.
1414. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradersSignalHub Ltd. and its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any trading losses or financial harm arising from use of signals, AI outputs, or other Platform content; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities; or (d) any damages arising from Platform unavailability, data errors, or third-party service failures. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total fees you paid to TradersSignalHub Ltd. in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD $50.
1515. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradersSignalHub Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any content you post or signals you publish; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
1616. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use Firebase Authentication for account management and do not store raw passwords. Usage data and analytics are collected to improve the Platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
1717. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Firebase (authentication and database), Twelve Data (market price feeds), Claude AI (AI assistant features), and payment processors chosen by providers. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. TradersSignalHub Ltd. is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
1818. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradersSignalHub Ltd. is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
1919. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TradersSignalHub Ltd. regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
